DT Project: Lindsey Zenor- Set Of Three Greeting Cards

Working with Tsunami Rose Designs digital kits is like taking a walk in and English countryside garden. The air is clearer, the sun shines brighter, and a soft smile nestles on your face. At least that is how I felt when I looked through the pages of gentle beauty designed by Tsunami Rose Designs. All the pages I chose to use in my project printed beautifully and gave me instant inspiration. The graphics looked amazing on both cardstock and regular printer paper. They coordinated and made is easy and pleasurable to design something both fun and useful. I can't wait to continue working with more printables from Tsunami Rose Designs.

a Cottage Cutz lace doily die (that I wasnt really
impressed with) some flowers that I colored with
Tim Holtz reinkers and a bit of stitching.

Now onto DT Steph D. with her
beautiful card...

Aloha!

Sharing another Design Team Project for Tsunami Rose Designs. I created this "card" using the gorgeous "Damask Madam" Paper Pack. I used a 6x6 black chipboard, which I distressed with gesso. I cut a white piece of cardstock to mat the designer paper and distressed the white cardstock, as well as the designer paper, with Black Soot Distress Ink. I curled up the upper left corner of the designer paper and put a little piece of black lace I purchased from MB's Treasurista. I added some black satin trim and white satin trim and there is a row of black bling mesh. I added some black Guipuire lace and lots of paper roses from Wild Orchid Crafts. I also added a Spare Part paper rose and black doilie. There is some trinket pearls and stickpins that I made. All the paper flowers are distressed with gesso or Black Soot Distress Ink.

Easter Card using the "New Beginnings" Printable Journal by DESIGN TEAM MEMBER Rhonda Ratliff

Happy Easter Everyone!!!...
Today I have an Easter Card I
made for an Easter Blog Hop I
participated in... and because
I love Daisy's creations sooo much
I knew I had to use one of her Printable Journals
to make it... and sooo here it is!!!
An Easter Card using
some of the "New Beginnings" Printable
Journal from Tsunami Rose Designs and
Coredinations card stock.
I distressed the edges with Tim Holtz'
Vintage Photo distressing ink.
On the butterfly I applied glossy
accents to make it pop. Added lace,
flatback pearls, an arylic spray,
strand pearls, crinkle ribbon,
mulberry flowers and leaves,
a porcelain cross, a sentiment I
edited with EASTER BLESSINGS and
finished it all with a spritz or two of amuse studio
Stardust Finishing Spray... which is AWESOME!!!
Hope you enjoyed my project today...

Altered Shadow Box using the "Life Abloom" Printable Journal by DESIGN TEAM MEMBERS Steph D. and Dawn Smith

"Aloha!"
Sharing another Design Team Project for Tsunami Rose Designs.
I altered a mini canvas using a couple of the gorgeous images from the "Life Abloom" Printable Journal.
I started off with this little wood box that I got for free along with a little Japanese towel inside from Marukai as my free birthday gift. It was dark brown so I painted it with a couple coats of gesso. I then adhered some tissue paper with text print that I got from the Target Dollar Bin to the outside faces of the box. I distressed it with white acrylic paint.
I adhered the gorgeous papers from the
"Life Abloom" printable journal  to all faces of the inside of the box as well as the front faces of the box. I fussy-cut the roses and adhered them on the left corner of the box. I also adhered the paper to the back of the Kaisercraft Wood Flourishes teapot and to the front of the teacup. All the edges are distressed with gesso or white acrylic paint.
I added a paper doilie to the back of the box and also an image I cut from the paper. I added a bunch of Wild Orchid Crafts roses, halfback pearls, trinket pearls, bling, Stampin Up! cabochon, a crochet doilie from my friend Marisa, and some bits of Prima Alencon and other laces. I also added a bow that I made from some seam binding.

Now On To DT
Dawn Smith's Project
I am not ready to take on a full shadow box yet, that is a bit outside my comfort zone, so I am starting small with a memory box first, and will work my way up lol. As y'all know my girls are in ballet, they have their first recital coming up in May, so thats what this box will be for. The whole class has their pictures taken before the recital in the costumes, which will be the picture I put in the frame and then inside I will put the dvd or their preformance and all the programs and ticket stubs and photos of practices and stuff. I used the Tsunami Rose Designs "Life Abloom" Printable Journal and mod poged the crap out of them like I always do, lol!!! Some prima flowers and lace and the shall we dance cricut cart. and the memory box is only $2.00 at scrapbuck.com. So get the papers and make your own box!
