DT Tina's card using the Monochrome Printable Journal Kit

Gift Card Holder and Tag by DT Rhonda using the MONOCHROME Printable Journal

Hello Crafty Peeps...
The weekend is here!!!
Today I have a gift card holder and tag I did using the GORGEOUSdesigns from the Monochrome Journal Kit by Tsunami Rose Designs . Daisy's creations are so gorgeous... just adding a few embellishments to these two elements that come with the printable journal and wala you have some awesome projects. The kit comes with these cute coin envelopes that I love to use for gift card holders... the tag makes a great keepsake for a host, or to add on a package for a little something extra. I simply added lace, bling, mulberry flowers, twine and trims. This kit comes in your choice of eight different colors. The kit I have used is the black...

A Card using the Monochrome Printable Journal by DT Rhonda

Hello crafty peeps... THE WEEKEND IS HERE!!!
I am happy to be here with you all today sharing my card using the  Monochrome Journal Kit by Tsunami Rose Designs. This kit comes in a choice of colors to choose from and is jammed packed with GORGEOUS pages, tags, sentiments and embellishments. Here I have created a card using the kit in black. I had printed serveral pages to use for varies projects and decided on this page to use to create my card... I LOVE IT, cause I love letter tiles. My hubby bought me a whole bag of wooded ones from a yard sale last summer and I love using them on projects... guess that's why I loved this particular page so much of the journal. I added some gorgeous flowers from craftycity.com, a lace scrap that I used for another project that I held onto cause I didn't like it with the prior project, so glad I did too...., some flatback pearls, a butterfly charm and some pearl sprays from CraftingFamily.com.

A Musical Journal created by DT Trudy using the Monochrome Printable Journal

I have an awesome friend, Jeanne, who plays the guitar and banjo and enjoys going to Bluegrass Festivals. I wanted to make a journal for her to use at one of the festivals with a place for photos, business cards, envelopes for extra pics and strings as well as journaling, lyrics and guitar chords.

It had to be able to open flat for her to look at while she played, so I used an album type of layout.

The designer papers from Tsunami Rose's Monochrome Collection in Brown were perfect for this journal. I really like this collection with all of it's jouraling cards, preprinted sentiments and ephemera.
This is Chapter I of this Journal, with additional Chapters to follow.

The next challenge and the winner of this challenge will be announced Wednesday, Sept. 3 on the Tsunami Rose Designs blog.

Altered Frame using the "MONOCHROME" Printable Journal... by Design Team Member Steph D.

Aloha!
Sharing a Michaels' frame that I embellished using the Tsunami Rose Designs "Monochrome" Printable Journal Kit in Black and Pink.

I used one of the images from the Ephemera Pack to embellish a Michaels Dollar Frame from my friend, Joanne. I embellished it with a bunch of flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts as well as bling, tulle, half-back pearl, May Arts lace I tied in a bow, knotted trinket pearls, and Webster's Pages heart trim.
