I Love Sketches By Tsunami Rose! Day 8
Here' we go again, today's sketch I think is pretty simple but it can look really elegant. I like to play with heights and usually place the sentiment on foam squares to raise it. Makes it more prominent and makes for great contrast. Usually on a card like this that is simple, you want the greeting to be the focal point.
I'd love to showcase your card under its corresponding sketch, simply email me @ tsunami.rose@yahoo.com! Please include your information such as blog and product information.
Today's sketch is #27

I used DCWV paper pack called "The Rustic Stack" for the background paper and the flower pattern. I love country flower looking paper. :) And the red bar going across is from Colorbok stack "Flea Market." I love the backside of this paper than the front, but this just happend to be the perfect color. The scalloped circle is Elegant Edges cart and the "Thank You" is from MS Seasonal Cakes cart. The circle is from Accent Essentials.

Today she used some pretty girly paper by The Girls' Paperie from the "Jubilee" paper line. She also used 2 stamps from the "Enjoy!" stamp set by Close To My Heart. She made this little gift tag to attach to some homemade baked goods.
Today's Art Philosophy cut-outs were : 1. The Card Tag featured on pg. 60 of the AP handbook
2. The Scalloped Circle on pg. 41
