Dt Lydia's altered matchbox using the Polished Lackluster Printable Journal

Using the Polished LackLuster digital kit, I created this altered match box.
The papers worked great for this lil project.
I used them for both the outside and inside.
I added a flower, some lace, and pearl bling as well.
This will make a great gift.

Chas Simmons' Designer Gift Bag using Polished Lackluster Printable Journal

 
 
Hi Tsunami Rose fans! This week I have a wonderful gift bag for you. I used the beautiful Polished Lackluster line. I added a few sparkly embellishment to give my bag a little extra pop. Now we have a fabulous Christmas bag for all those goodies that Santa bought. I hope you enjoyed my project this week.

Pia Puma creates beautiful altered spools with the Polished Lackluster Printable Journal

 
My next project is with the papers from polished lackluster. Once again I decided to do something other than a card and made something that I had on my mind a while now. I made some rolls to have my big laces on and decorated them with leaves and butterflies. The paper were perfect and these little tags. Loved the papers and it will be more of these rolls.

Yvonne Scrapbliss Altered Tag using Polished Lackluster Printable Journal

 
 
Select & print favorites from "Polished Lackluster" collection
 

 
 
Color coordinated the digital image to ther designer paper
 
 
 
Adhere paper to cardstock tag, and layer tulle upon the paper with mod podge to add some dimension and texture. The edges of the tulle was "burned" off with a heat gun to make it look distressed.
 
 
 
Sizzix die cut to frame the digital image
 
 
 
Fussy cut flowers from another desinger sheet, and added a tag from the collection for some contrast.
 
 
 
Gathered additional matching embellishments, made a flower, and played with different looks until it felt right. Then hot glued it together.

Polished Lackluster Printable Journal used for Greeting Cards by Kimberly Pate

Today I am showing you a great fast and easy project.  With the holiday season quickly approaching we are all looking for something fast and easy to make for friends and family.  While looking at the fabulous Polished lackluster journal papers, I saw so many great projects. Then I realized, I have quite a few "hard to buy" for friends and family members, and the light bulb went off.  Using the coin envelope , I carefully cut it out and scored it where needed.  Then turned it over and added some bling to make it pop and finished it off with black and crème roses.  The sentiment "Confidence is Beautiful" fits a friend to a T.  Stick a gift card inside and you have a perfect gift.
