This little banner is made using the Mechanical Error kit.
Its one of my very favorite kits from Tsunami Rose Designs.
I started by die cutting 4 circles from black card stock. I then die cut 4 big cogs from the different papers in the kit.
Each panel is simply decorated with cut-outs from the kit and added a few bits from my "goodie jar".
