Here is an altered oval Picture frame using the NEW digital kit Petticoat Ephemera by Tsunami Rose Designs. I used 1 page and 1 sentiment.
I LOVE LOVE the colors and the designs.
I can see myself making a few of these frames as teacher gifts this year.
