Tsunami Rose Designs: Altered Journal Created by Marleen Gallagher using Christmas Gift

My project for this weeks inspiration we, the DT was asked to make a mini album. A tough project for me as its not something I normally make. I normally do scrapbooking in the 12x12 format, so this one was a challenge for me..

I decided to make the album 1 page at the time and treat each page as an individual project.

I first printed out the entyre "Christmas Gift" journal kit. I then cut the the black pages (13.5cm x 19cm) and added my page from the kit to each black page.

I decided to make my album as a gift and has made it so the recipent can simply slot pictures into the pages themselfs.

I didnt add all that much to the kit itself and I have left some of the pages "blank" simply to show of the papers as I simply find them so beautiful.
