For this card I've used the "Witches Brew" printable journal kit.
I made the tag earlier in the month but then decided to make the tag into a card instead.
The tags was just cut with a die and layered up with embellishments cut also from the kit and to finish up the card I simply layered a sheet of paper from the kit to a black card blank and added a few gems and lace to the edges. Finished by adding my tag in the middle.
